With the addition of a beautiful athletic field in 2008, Massanetta Springs serves as host for marching band camps and football camps. A newly renovated bathhouse adjacent to the field was completed in 2009. Washer and dryer are available for use throughout the camp.

Lodging options include three meals per day. Air conditioned cabins (six to eight persons) with a central bathhouse are available for $59 per night per participant (taxes and fees included). Fees cover the cost of a meeting room and equipment. Air-conditioned hotel rooms with adjoining baths are available for $89 per night per participant (taxes, fees, and linens included). Buffet meals are served in the air-conditioned Historic Hotel dining room.

A variety of meeting room facilities and break services are available. A spring-fed Olympic size swimming pool is refreshing on warm summer days.
